DANCING THE DANCES OF HIGHER AND FREQUENCIES FROM THOSE VIBRATIONS

One of the things I love best about being a Psychotherapist is the opportunity to meet so many interesting people, both professionally with other therapists and, my clients. The things I learn from these two sets of relationships are always amazing.

For example, last week, I was privileged to attend a Psychotherapy Conference with over 3000 other therapists and the top leaders in the field of psychology. This field is also drawing in other types of healers, such as yoga instructors, neuroscientists, energy healers, body healers, and so forth. This group of people collectively makes for a “crowd” of high energy and frequencies that speak loudly about how to care for hurting humans.

The energy I am speaking about dances about the room. There is a good vibrational feeling of aliveness that is not only connecting, but also contagious. There is joy, hope and all kinds of positive vibrations. There are research clinicians talking about LOVE in all new ways. Studies done in the last decade show all forms of human connections that are positive activate the same healing energy to our brain as long-term relationships. So, the next time you meet someone at the grocery store or on an airplane, whether for a micro-connection or a little deep, think of it as an opportunity to feed your body and your brain healthy energy.

This energy of positive higher vibrations does give the human brain a feeling of connection that actually “lights up” the brain and gives a frequency that sends waves of good energy throughout the body. Over time, these kinds of positive connections have actually proven to improve health and even autoimmune responses. Setting an intention to have genuine connections with other humans each day is like taking vitamins according to the research.

Once you have begun the intention and are experiencing positive interactions with others, begin to draw in that energy and feel the gratitude that you are much more able to think about positive interactions with others than to head out with a growl and a scowl each day. It may amaze you at who/what begins to show up in your life. You can rest assured that your own body inner dance will feel better and that you will live a longer and more enjoyable life.
